Hi, my name is Rae Tsai. I was born in Taipei, Taiwan, and I am fluent in both English and Mandarin. Because I grew up in Taiwan and later immigrated to the United States, I am fortunate to have experienced both Eastern and Western cultures and their educational systems. This has allowed me to view the world through different lenses and therefore has greatly enriched my experience as a person and as a life coach.
After receiving a master’s degree in library sciences from the University of Maryland, I worked as a school library media specialist and a community volunteer for over 27 years. Over the course of my career, I became a National Board Certified educator, which serves as a testament to my skill and dedication in supporting students, teachers, and the educational community as a whole.
I am now a Master-Certified life coach with accreditation from the Life Coach School. In addition to my private life coaching business, I also work as an instructor for certified coaches for the Life Coach School.
Ever since my beloved sister’s suicide nearly thirty years ago, I have been searching for and learning ways to help people to feel better. Furthermore, after experiencing divorce and tackling the challenges of being a single mother raising two children, I saw a need for support systems for women and Asian Americans. As a result, I have chosen to dedicate my life to helping others nurture self-love and acceptance. As a coach, I have helped many people who were unhappy, divorced, or dealing with other difficult life issues. I can help you design a powerful and practical plan that targets your biggest problems. I am confident that I have the tools to help you manage your thoughts, emotions, and actions so you may reach your goals in life.
